Don’t be afraid to exaggerate the potency of your weed, every other dealer is doing it, so you almost have to.  I preach mostly honesty but here you really should play up the quality because every dealer does and you don’t want to be claiming to have the least potent weed around (even if you do have the least potent weed around). 

I walked outside to make a sale and maybe 100 meters away there’s a cop just sitting on the corner, trees block my sight of the driver but it’s definitely a running cop car. I wasn’t even hesitant, just went about my business as usual.  Walked up to my customer’s truck, told him my scale is broken and we’ll have to eyeball it.  All was good, he just wanted a .5 and only had $9, but everything went smooth and I headed back inside.  Now I walk outside again 10 minutes later and what do I see?  The cop has moved, but is parked on another corner closer to my house.  I don’t know, maybe I’m just paranoid, but that’s sketchy. 

You’re working a customer based business, you have to treat your customers right.  Offer them a drink if they are buying at your house, that could be what makes them return.  It’s just a drink, it’s worth like 50 cents, but the fact you offered it to them is what’s important.  If you have to deliver it to them you’re already putting in work, unless they have another dealer that does that you’re already gaining ground.

If you’re selling weed so you can stay high all day every day for free, while making a little bit of money.. That’s fine.  But if you’re selling weed with profits being top priority, you should really limit what you smoke.  A good option is only smoke your own supply when someone has paid to smoke with you, or someone has bought the weed and is smoking you out.
